No. Puppyeyz is free for dog owners.

No. Puppyeyz works in your phone's browser, so there is nothing to download from an app store. If you like, you can add it to your Home Screen so it opens like an app.

Yes, as many as you like, and you can share several dogs in one link.

No. You send them a link or a QR code and they open the card in their browser. There is nothing for them to sign up for.

Anyone who has the link or QR code. For extra protection you can add an access code, and give it to your carer separately from the link. You choose which details are shared, and your household details (such as your address) start as private.

Yes, straight away. There is no update button. The shared card shows when it was last updated, so whoever opens it knows how fresh it is.

Open the dog's page and tap Stop sharing this card. The link and QR code stop working for everyone straight away. The card stays in your account.

Yes. You can download a PDF of the card for a vet visit, a boarding form, or anywhere there's no signal.

Tap Edit next to any detail, change it and save. You can also add more by voice or text at any time.

Yes. After each change a short message appears with an Undo button for about eight seconds, and a Redo button if you change your mind.

Tap Mark as Missing on your dog's page. Puppyeyz makes a page with a link and a QR code, plus a ready-to-post image for Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. It is free for everyone, and nobody needs an app to help you look.

Dog walkers, sitters, groomers and trainers use Puppyeyz to keep every client's dog details in one place. Owners share their dog's card with you and keep it up to date themselves. You add your bookings, see your day on Today, get directions to each home, and see when an owner changes something.

The Free plan is always free for up to 3 clients, with every feature. Top Dog has unlimited clients for £4.99 a month, or £39.99 a year (save 33%). You can cancel at any time and keep Top Dog until the end of the month or year you've paid for. There's no free trial to run out: the Free plan is yours to keep.

No. Dog owners always use Puppyeyz free, and there's nothing for them to download.

After you sign up, open Clients and send your invite link on WhatsApp, copy it, or show your QR code. The owner signs up free and chooses exactly which dogs and details to share with you. They appear on your Clients page straight away.

Only what that owner chooses to share with you, such as food, medication, behaviour and the vet. Access details, like how to get in, are only shown if the owner chooses to share them with you. Directions appear if they share their address.

Yes. You always see the latest details, and Today tells you which details an owner has updated. If an owner stops sharing with you, Today tells you that too.

Yes. After a visit, tap Send Pupdate to share up to 3 photos, quick ticks such as wee, poo and food, and a note. The owner gets a notification. Owners can also request bookings, which you accept in one tap, and set up a holiday handover with a daily checklist for you to tick off.

Yes, on both plans. Add your usual price (per booking or per hour) and your bank details once. Then choose a client and the month, and Puppyeyz lists their bookings and adds them up. You can change any price or add extras, then share the invoice as a PDF by WhatsApp, email or text. Clients pay you directly by bank transfer, and you mark it as paid.

No. Your notes and bookings are only visible to you.

On the Free plan, a 4th client can't connect until you upgrade to Top Dog or disconnect from a client. If you cancel Top Dog with more than 3 clients, you keep them all and your existing bookings carry on as normal. To add new clients or new bookings, upgrade to Top Dog again.

Yes. Open the client and tap Disconnect from this client. Their details and your bookings for them are removed from your account, and the owner sees that you're no longer connected. You aren't asked for a reason. You can also get a new invite link, so the old one stops working.

Yes, with a separate owner account using a different email address. Professional accounts can't share dogs of their own.

Your details are kept on secure servers and only shared with the people you send a link to. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. You can switch on two-step login for extra security, and you can delete your account whenever you like. Our privacy policy has the full details.

On the log-in page, tap the forgot-password link and we'll email you a link to choose a new one.
